．個人感想．

Relapse 真的是我覺得被大大低估的一張專輯

很多人不喜歡 Eminem 在這時期的口音

但我反而很吃這味

感覺有種 Eminem 想學自己早期口音

但又學得太過頭

變得有點60%俏皮40%邪惡的那種感覺

恰巧我又很愛他早期的口音

所以這張專輯就變我的最愛之一了

除了口音之外

這時期也是 Eminem 韻腳玩得最兇的時期

這首就是很經典的例子

我每次要舉複雜韻腳方案的例子都一定會提到這首

尤其是第二段的十四句連押真的每次聽到都會起雞皮疙瘩

雖然其中有不少重複的韻腳（像是 me, see 之類的）

但他又搭配上不同的 flow

整體聽感就變得不但不會膩

反而莫名地非常順

而第三段的聽感則是不同類型的爽

特別是他「ou」的韻腳的使用

同一句裡面夾了好幾個這個韻腳

又把重音都放在韻腳上

整體 flow 就變得格外特別

實在很少聽見有人能同時把 flow 跟韻腳都玩得這麼徹底的

至於內容的部分

不免俗地又是在虛構一段 Slim 視角的謀殺故事

Eminem 的清晰敘事邏輯就不用多說了

真的會讓人有想一直把故事聽下去的感覺

然而這次比較特別的是第三段的敘事方式

整段都是用倒敘的

我一開始還一直在想

「為什麼 Slim 要在犯案後自己報警？」

後來想說以他怪誕的犯案手法

或許這滿合理的吧

結果翻譯後才發現我大錯特錯 lol

這段有點類似我之前翻譯過的「Tone Deaf」

只不過那首的時間線更複雜

有興趣的可以去看看我在那首歌所作的注釋

真的只有 Eminem 會嘗試這種沒人想得到的寫詞風格吧

幸好寫的過程還算流暢

還沒遇到 writer's block

雖然這只不過是小品感想文而已啦

是說最近終於放寒假了
