Dema:故事中最主要的城市，象徵著抑鬱、消極和不自由
Clancy:故事中的主角，曾沉迷在Dema營造出來的安逸幻覺中，現在為banditos其中一員
Trench(壕溝):分隔Dema與外界，亦為專輯名稱
banditos(土匪):極力想逃離Dema的人們，但被困在了Trench
nine bishops(九位主教):為統治Dema的人物，即niners
Nico:全名Nicolas Bourbaki，為九位主教中的一員，象徵焦慮和抑鬱

．個人感想．
第一次聽這首歌的時候
就被這beat吸引了
這首歌是在把Tyler身為音樂創作者的身分
比喻成他養的一隻寵物豹
豹是一種很難馴服的動物
而且是陸地上跑得最快的動物
Tyler用此來表達他很驕傲能夠在創作方面得心應手
畢竟那是件跟馴服豹一樣困難的事
而它也很驚訝它能夠發展得如此快速
就跟獵豹的速度一樣快
但是他卻也很擔心
他會很容易讓歌迷們失望
因為他不認為他有辦法承受這樣的壓力
他從來都不覺得他有一首歌是完美的
於是他決定放慢腳步
靜下心來
或許他成名的速度跟獵豹跑步一樣快
但他現在必須將他創作的心態放到最慢

之前聽的時候最有印象的就是
為什麼Jason Statham會出現在歌詞裡 哈
除了我在註解打的原因外
其實Tyler還在訪談中說過
那其實是一個小插曲
他和Josh常常在作詞的時候開玩笑
他們會隨便想一個很莫名的詞
然後嘗試把它合理地塞進歌詞裡
Jason Statham是Josh是某一次無意間提出來的詞
當時Tyler還說「Nah, that’ll never fit in a song」(不，那不可能啦)
怎料過幾天後
Tyler突然很興奮地打給Josh說「Hey, I figured out how to put it in a song」(嘿，我知道該怎麼把它放進歌裡了)
結果這個名字就完美地合進歌裡了
